Zoey is a marketing specialist with a knack for writing, editing and strategizing. Producing unique, intimate events is her hidden talent. Having a freakish attention to detail is a close second. She works on projects for 80/35, Hinterland, Vaudeville Mews, G&L Clothing, Iowa Public Radio, Quick•Step, Pergo and others. In Fall 2017, she also produced her own outdoor music festival, Street Heat, which focused predominantly on female artists.
She served as marketing director of Mission Creek Festival and general manager of SCOPE Productions in Iowa City while earning degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications and English from the University of Iowa. After graduating in 2014, she spent some time in the Bay Area working for Bottom of the Hill, a small metal & indie venue in San Francisco. Outside of the professional music and marketing realm, Zoey rides her bike, volunteers at the Young Women’s Resource Center and hangs out with her chihuahua, Bruiser Jenkins.
