Jill Haverkamp


Jill Haverkamp received her bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago in marketing communication and public relations. Upon moving back to her hometown of Des Moines, Jill began working for one of Iowa’s largest marketing agencies, The Integer Group, while serving as the co-chair of the Des Moines Music Coalition and 80/35 music festival’s marketing committee.


A longtime passion for marketing and arts & entertainment led Jill to launch On Pitch in 2010 with Hillary Brown. Her greatest strength is her broad communications background. She’s well-versed in media relations, social media, traditional communications, project management, and planning. Her business strategy is simple: collaborate with you to find your brand angle and story. Tell that story to your consumers. Raise your brand’s awareness to amplify sales. And ultimately, introduce others to the thrill of discovering something great, so they keep coming back for more.


Outside of On Pitch, she stays busy by providing attention and cuddles to her cat, Lily, taking road trips to random destinations, searching for mid-century modern furnishings and decor, partaking in yoga classes, and adventuring outdoors.
